The bay of Roses in the Spanish Costa Brava, is a paradise for learning and practicing all sorts of water sports. If you are beginner or expert, interested in windsurfing, dinghy or cruiser sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, wake boarding or kayaking, our watersport center can offer you all that's necessary to learn and enjoy these sports in optimal conditions. You can simply rent the material, participate in our charter excursions, take private lessons or join our courses for all levels and ages. Even more, you can design your own "tailor made programme".

Funtastic Empordà has its water sports center located in the south of the bay, town of L'Escala. The center houses homologated schools of windsurf, sail and water ski, specializing in the different aspects of their tuition and practice. Its specific characteristics enable us to provide you with the tuition suitable to your needs whatever your preferred water sport may be.
At the same time, at Funtastic you'll find an LDC Racing Sailboats and Dinghy Access test center.

The centre is placed on the Beach of Riells, at the end of the maritime promenade of L'Escala, near the harbour. This place is very sheltered from waves and wind. Therefore, using specific equipment for beginners, it's an ideal beginners center for sailing and windsurfing throughout the day as well as for water skiing in the morning and evening.

Once out of the protection of the small bay of Riells, towards the center of the main bay of Roses, we'll find ourselves fully open to the sea and the wind and so, on a good summer day, the thermal wind can reach up to 4 or even 5 on the Beaufort scale. This makes it a perfect place for the experts and also for catamaran sailing.
