Every year some new instructors join our team. If you like to relate with young and active people and are interested in working with us, we'll be delighted to evaluate your curriculum.

SENIOR STAFF

JUNIOR STAFF

You can join our Senior Staff team if you're older than 18, responsible, enthusiast and are also a qualified instructor of any of the following water sports:

• Sailing,
• Windsurfing,
• Catamaran,
• Cruiser sailing,
• Water Skiing / wake board,
• Kayaking.

If you wish to become one of our Senior Staff members, feel free to send us your resume. We especially evaluate your instructor certificate, previous experience and the languages you can speak. We'll come to an agreement with your salary and of course you'll be insured. If you like to know more about the subject, send us

Otherwise, if you're not yet 18 and/or don't have an instructor certificate, you can enrol yourself as a Junior Staff for a period of 15 days. One of our instructors will take care of you and you'll be helping him in his lessons. You'll practice windsurfing, sailing, water skiing and wake boarding. After this period you'll receive all necessary support and orientation to obtain the instructor certificate of the sports which most interest you.
As a member of our Junior Staff, you'll receive no salary and have to pay your own expenses: Accommodation, food, insurance, etc. But on the other hand, you'll have the chance to daily practice water sports and all the school equipment and instructors will be at your disposal. The only necessary requirement is that you are older than 14. What do you think about it?
If you wish to initiate yourself as an instructor, don't hesitate and ask for now in order to inscribe yourself, we only have few spaces!! For sure you'll have a nice time, learn a lot and… who knows, maybe you can become member of our Senior Staff in the future!!
